Cultivate 2026 is a national Brethren in Christ gathering designed for those sensing a call to church planting, multiplication, or revitalization—as well as leaders who have recently launched new works (within the past two years). This weekend will create space for prayer and discernment, denominational resourcing, and meaningful connection with others taking next steps in this work.

Participation is limited (30–35 spots) and will be shaped through a simple application process where individuals can share their ministry ideas, stage, plans, and hopes. Scholarships will be available for selected participants.

We’d especially value your help in identifying people with renewed or emerging vision, initiatives, or curiosity around multiplication—those who would benefit from encouragement, clarity, and community.

Ericka Henry (multiplication coordinator) will be hosting short informational sessions to provide details about the gathering and its unique location, The Farminary at Princeton Theological Seminary:

  • Thursday, June 25 at 7 PM ET – Register
  • Saturday, June 27 at 11 AM ET – Register

If you are unable to attend an info session but want more information about Cultivate 2026, please contact Ericka directly: ehenry@bicus.org.

To Apply

To apply, complete the Multiplication Initiative Pipeline intake form (linked below) by Friday, August 14.

All applicants are advised to hold space in their calendar for October 9-11 and will be notified of final decisions no later August 31.
