Mike Rosado is the National Coaching Team Lead for PEAK Profile, a key partner in the BIC U.S. Thriving Congregations Initiative. He has led several Thriving Congregations in-person PEAK sessions. Mike is also the founding and lead pastor of Fervent Church in New Jersey, part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
