The Children’s Ministry Director provides spiritual and strategic leadership to cultivate a Christ-centered ministry that teaches, equips, and disciples children and their families. This role exists to create environments and programs where children grow to know, love, serve, and worship Jesus. The primary focus includes leading and developing Children’s Ministry volunteers, overseeing the administration of all Children’s Ministry programs, and planning and executing key events throughout the year. This role differs from many traditional Children’s Ministry positions in that its primary focus is on developing leaders, building effective systems, and organizing the ministry as a whole—rather than primarily engaging in direct, hands-on interaction with children.

About Us

Antrim BIC Church, established in 1884, is a vibrant, multi-generational community with a deep love for God’s Word and one another.
