Guest Service and Maintenance Coordinator

Roxbury Holiness Camp is searching for a full-time team member to oversee Guest Services and General Maintenance. Roxbury Holiness Camp is a fast-paced camp that serves a variety of groups every week.

RHC is seeking a team member with the following abilities or who is able to quickly learn them.

• Prepare facilities for guests before they arrive with A/V equipment, tables, chairs etc. to make their retreat a success
• Work with guest group leader to ensure needs are met during their stay
• Oversee building and grounds readiness: includes light maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping
• Serve in kitchen/dish room as needed
• Host meals with short devotional and prayer when needed
• Work with other team members to plan and carry out events
• Able to use computer/tablet to communicate and carry out responsibilities
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment

Team member must:

• Have a personal relationship with Christ
• Be/become familiar with the Brethren in Christ Church doctrinal statements, as they guide our operational philosophy
• Be willing to work 2-3 weekends per month, with set days off
• Be a team player and willing to collaborate to ensure success and health of RHC and the retreats of our guests

This team member reports directly to the Executive Director of the camp.

This is a salary – exempt position and includes:

• Health insurance premium reimbursement
• Up to a 3% retirement match
