Lead Pastor
CrossRoads Church of Salina (Salina, KS)
About
CrossRoads Church (Salina, Kans.) began as a church plant of the Midwest Conference in 1998 and currently has between 130 and 150 in Sunday morning attendance. The church has become known as Salina’s “Rock & Roll Rehab Church” due to their contemporary praise and worship music style and for being a light in the community for those in recovery from all kinds of addiction. The CrossRoads purpose statement reads: “Helping those at the crossroads of life to find and follow the way, the truth, and the life.”
CrossRoads offers a Christ-centered Celebrate Recovery program. It is one of their most highly-attended mid-week meetings. Men’s and Women’s Bible studies and a weekly prayer gathering are also part of the regular mid-week activity.
CrossRoads has featured strong biblical preaching with consistent calls to salvation and an emphasis on “changed lives” as people are encouraged to become followers of Jesus. It would be an expectation that this would continue.
