Part-Time Lead Pastor - Brethren in Christ U.S.

Hunlock Creek Brethren in Christ Church is a community of faith that seeks to love God and others and increase the Kingdom of Jesus. This congregation gathers in a rural setting in Northern PA, south of Ricketts Glenn waterfalls and west of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Nestled in the midst of woods and lakes, this small community of followers of Jesus is committed to him and one another, desiring his mission to be carried forward in their lives and through the congregation.

As this congregation enters the next chapter of ministry together, they are excited to welcome a bi-vocational Lead Pastor to guide them into this next season. This role would necessitate employment elsewhere through the week. The church has a good history of caring for one another and actively supports a local food bank to care for those in the community. Anyone seeking this role should possess a heart that reflects Jesus and exhibit a life of prayer. Relatable and understandable messages, based on the Bible, and strong people skills will help this person connect to the congregation and those in the community.
