Senior Pastor

Beulah Chapel Brethren in Christ Church (BIC) is seeking a senior pastor. Founded in 1942, we are among four Brethren in Christ churches in Adair County.  We are located in south central Kentucky, nestled between two beautiful lakes (Green River and Lake Cumberland). We are a small community of around 5,000 people with parkway access to larger communities in the state.

Our congregation is a very loving and encouraging. We are open to those that may be beginning their ministry journey, however, we desire an openness to generational differences within the congregation. Our goal would be to grow the church through a discipling leader with a desire to nurture all of our congregation in order to have an impact on the community around us.

At the present time, we have Sunday morning services (including Sunday school) and Wednesday evening bible study. Monthly we participate in a nightly community BIC service within our county. We have a small enrollment and average attendance is around 25-30.

We desire a willingness to pursue credentialing with the BIC U.S. denomination (if not already a BIC credentialed minister).
