Discuss our future in the birthplace of our missional identity. At General Assembly 2020, we’ll celebrate, pray, and dialogue how God may be leading us until our 250th birthday in 2028. The setting — where we launched global missions and widespread discipleship efforts — provides an opportunity to ask, How does our unique heritage inform our mission, and where is God directing us anew?
All attendees participating in any part of the day programming must register, including nursery-aged participants, to ensure an adequate child-to-adult ratio. Meet Meadow Piepho, director of children and youth programming.
Those who desire to attend the evening sessions only are free to attend without registering. Registration covers daily programs, use of facility, and six meals: Friday, July 10 (dinner), Saturday, July 11 (lunch and dinner), Sunday, July 12 (dinner), Monday, July 13 (lunch and dinner).

*If 18 or older at the time of General Assembly, individual must register as Adult Quizzer/Leader despite quizzing age guidelines.
For your convenience, we have negotiated special rates and reserved room blocks at various area hotels. If you are interested in booking a hotel room reserved for General Assembly participants, it’s imperative you read the lodging options below. You cannot book most of the specially reserved hotel rooms online; also the hotels’ booking websites may not accurately reflect the openings available exclusively for BIC U.S. guests. Please be advised lodging options are limited and booking ahead of time is recommended.
We are pleased to partner with United Airlines for air travel to and from Salina Regional Airport – SLN (6 mi. from event venue). A discount of 2-10% is available for all classes of fares except Basic Economy. Please see the booking instructions PDF for more information. Flight arrangements can be made to and from other area airports including: Manhattan Regional Airport – MHK (60 mi. from venue), Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport – ICT (95 mi. from venue), and Kansas City International Airport – MCI (184 mi. from venue).
To alleviate the expense of rental cars or other private transportation, we desire to aid you with ground transportation in and around the Salina region. This would include shuttle transportation to and from Salina Regional Airport – SLN, hotel partners listed above, and our event venue, Tony’s Pizza Events Center. Please note your interest in using this service upon registering. We will follow up with those interested as details and logistics are confirmed. Please note: shuttle transportation will not be provided to and from other area airports.
