Each congregation will create a Congregational Learning Community made up of church staff, church board, and congregational members. Congregations are free to determine the size of each learning community as well. We suggest that learning communities reflect the size of the congregation (for example, congregations under 50 might have 3 members while congregations over 200 might have 5 members).
