We are excited to welcome Dr. Scot McKnight as keynote speaker of General Assembly 2018. An internationally acclaimed Christian scholar, speaker, and writer, McKnight is an expert on the historical Jesus, the New Testament, and early Christianity.
Dr. McKnight has authored or edited more than 60 books, including The Jesus Creed: Loving God, Loving Others, which won Christianity Today Book of the Year for Christian Living. He’s currently chair of New Testament at Northern Seminary and blogs at Jesus Creed.
“A thought-provoking speaker and leader, Scot will be an excellent resource person for BIC U.S.,” said Alan Robinson, national director. “We’re honored he will be joining us at General Assembly this upcoming year.”
Along with hosting McKnight as plenary speaker, we plan to hold breakout sessions with other leaders throughout the event.
