Part-Time Senior Pastor

Union Grove is looking for a part-time pastor. The congregation is small and vibrant, with a remarkable facility – a former school on eight acres of land on the outskirts of Nappanee, Indiana. The Church Board is exploring a number of options for utilizing this asset for future ministry. The Church is located in the midst of the nation’s leading center of construction and delivery of Recreational Vehicles. Unemployment is very low, and opportunities are great for serving those who work in this industry.

The successful candidate will need to be credentialed with the Brethren in Christ Church, or be willing to be credentialed. The pastor will shepherd the congregational leadership and people into next expressions of the church and provide biblical and theological teaching anchoring such mission.
