We are thrilled to introduce the four newest members of the General Conference Board (GCB): Steve Airth, Daima Herreria, Kyle Letner, Anler Morjeon, and Dustin Sider.
As the board of directors, GCB acts as the governance and decision-making entity for BIC U.S. The board is comprised of members from each regional conference and various individuals involved in the life of the Church (members-at-large); all are appointed by General Assembly.

Steve Airth
Member-at-Large

Steve grew up in a non-Christian home, but fell in love with Jesus because of the BIC community that met at Chino (Calif.) BIC, now Gateway Karis Church. As a young adult, he got involved with youth ministry, including starting a youth church service called The Point. Steve planted GracePoint BIC in Chino, Calif., in 2005, where he still serves as lead pastor. He has a passion for raising disciples and empowering leaders, especially ones that are very different from him.
He has an undergrad degree from Azusa Pacific University and an master of divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. In the Pacific Conference, he previously served on the regional board of directors and the board for evangelism and church planting. He also served on the denomination-wide team that organized Youth Quest.
Steve enjoys exploring new places, meeting new people, following European football, drinking good coffee, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Nicki and five adult children.
Daima Herreria
Member-at-Large

Daima is an accountant and tax preparer based in Miami, Fla. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in taxation. She combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to Christian leadership and ministry. Since becoming a member of the BIC Church in 2012, she has faithfully served in various leadership roles, including church secretary and youth leader, demonstrating a heart for administration, discipleship, and serving others.
In 2024, Daima and her husband, Johan, answered God’s call to serve as lead pastors of Iglesia Rescate (Rescue Church) in Hialeah, Fla. Together, they are dedicated to leading the congregation with biblical integrity, compassion, and a vision for spiritual growth, restoration, and community outreach.
Beyond her ministry, Daima is a devoted wife and mother of two young girls. She values faith, family, and servant leadership, believing that ministry begins at home and extends into every area of life.
Kyle Letner
Member-at-large

Kyle has spent the last 12 years of his career in healthcare and currently works at Capital Blue Cross, leading teams who develop and execute transformational strategies. He leads with empathy to introduce innovative care delivery models, like telehealth, and new business models necessary for an evolving healthcare landscape.
He is a two-time graduate of Messiah University, first in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in computer and electrical engineering and again in 2017 with a master’s degree in business administration and strategic leadership.
Kyle is a lifelong attender of BIC churches and currently attends The Meeting House – Dillsburg in Pa.; he previously served on the church board and regularly runs tech for worship ministry. He also volunteers for the Northern York County Historical and Preservation Society, telling the region’s story through living history, and is on the Boiling Springs Triathlon board.
Kyle enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with his wife Dawn, and ever adapting to the lives of his four children, three of whom are young adults.
Anler Morjeon
Member from the Southeast Conference

Born in Cuba, Anler immigrated to the United States in 1990. In 1992, his father became the lead pastor of Maranatha BIC (now Iglesia Rescate in Hialeah, Fla.), and Anler has been part of the BIC family ever since. In 2017, he left the corporate sector to pursue bi-vocational pastoral ministry, a move rooted in obedience and faith. He planted Zion Church in Miramar, Fla., in 2019, a congregation he continues to lead. In addition to his pastoral work, he owns an audio-visual consulting firm specializing in House of Worship environments.
Prior to GCB, he served on the board of directors for the Southeast Conference and the BIC Foundation board. He holds a master’s degree in theological studies from Houston Baptist University.
Anler and his wife, Isabel, are blessed to have both of their adult children actively serving alongside them at Zion Church. In his personal time, he enjoys trail running, playing soccer, traveling, and cooking with Isabel.
Dustin Sider
Member from the Atlantic Conference

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Dustin attended Canadian Nazarene College in Calgary, Alberta. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Fairland BIC in Cleona, Pa., where he has led since 2009. He previously served at Fairview BIC in Englewood, Ohio.
In the Atlantic Region, he contributes to the broader vision and leadership of the denomination by serving as a pastor coach and on the regional board of directors.
Dustin and his wife, Rachel, have two grown children and enjoy investing in relationships within their church and community. He is actively involved in his community through leadership roles on township boards, a police commission, and in the local fire department in both operational and administrative capacities.
