Danisa Ndlovu
Friday, July 13, 2018 — Theme: To Know Jesus
Danisa Ndlovu led Mennonite World Conference as president from 2009 to 2015. For 15 years, he served as bishop of the BIC Church in Zimbabwe — the world’s largest BIC national Church with more than 50,000 members. Danisa provides leadership to the global BIC Church through his role as secretary of the International Brethren in Christ Association. He is global director of FaithWalk Ministries International. Danisa and his wife, Treziah, live in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. They have three adult children.
Meredith Dancause
Saturday, July 14, 2018 — Theme: To Love Jesus
Meredith is teaching pastor of The Meeting House, based in Carlisle and Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. Along with preaching on Sunday mornings, she leads the discipleship team, as well as supervises leadership development and spiritual formation efforts. Previously, she served Mars Hill Bible Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan, as the director of adult life, as well as Trinity Church, Greenwich, Connecticut, as associate pastor. She earned her master of divinity through The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. Meredith lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Stephen, and their daughter, Imogen.
Scot McKnight
Sunday, July 15, 2018 — Theme: To Follow Jesus
Scot McKnight is a theologian, Christian author, and speaker known for his scholarship on the historical Jesus, the New Testament, and early Christianity. Scot has authored or edited more than 60 books, including writing The Jesus Creed: Loving God, Loving Others, which won Christianity Today Book of the Year for Christian Living, and blogs at the Jesus Creed. Chair of New Testament at Northern Seminary, Scot received his Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham. He and his wife, Kristen, live in Libertyville, Illinois. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
National Director Alan Robinson will conclude the final session of General Assembly 2018 on Monday, July 16, 2018.
